Description

The Special Projects Committee will work with the homeowners, the manager and other committees to implement the design ideas and property upgrades to Golden Shores.

Purpose

Consistant ideas and input for the maintenance and improvements to the building and property from the homeowners, the manager and the other committees will keep the Golden Shores current and will likely prevent large, unforseen assessments due to lack of preparation.
